ddcBar Maintenance Release 22.9.16

ddcBar version 22.9.16 is available for download on the ddcBar product page. This release contains the following updates.

Fixed issue where the configuration of ddcBar and ibexBar might cause accelerator keys to cease working and DDC Simulator to skip loading device data.
DDC Simulator SCORE device: Corrected issue with I/O indexing that could cause a silent exception when execute the device.
Fixed issue with activation dialog evaluation code request button.

This is a recommended update for all version 22.8.10 users.
